IWD: My Top 5 Female YouTubers

Happy International Women’s Day! To mark the occasion, I decided to scrap my initial blog post I had planned for today, and have decided to share with you instead My Top 5 Female YouTubers!

1.  Lilly Singh – iiSuperwomanii

I’ve mentioned this Bawse so many times in previous blog posts, I’ll be surprised if you don’t know who this person is! I stumbled on Lilly’s videos around two years back, and haven’t stopped. She is such an optimistic person, and really motivational. She daily vlogs her life as well as a list as long as my arm of other things including a world tour, and writing a book which is coming out at the end of the month titled: How to Be a Bawse!

TLDR: Awesome Unicorn of Motivation!

2. Lindsey Stirling

That violin you hear, that dancing you see, that is all hers. Lindsey Stirling is a bundle of awesomeness between her dance moves and her musical mastery of the violin, I’ve been in love with Lindsey’s music ever since I first heard it! I definitely recommend you check her out.

TLDR: Amazing Musician!

3. Grace Helbig

Ah, Grace… where do I begin with her. Well, first of all, she’s very different from your average YouTuber. A comedian by nature, she is blunt and to the point and if she doesn’t like something, she is not afraid to say it. I love her monthly favourites videos simply for her funny stories behind why she might be liking them etc. She also has a funny way trying to show the camera the item she’s about to describe and yelling “Can you see it? Can you see it? Can you see it?”–she’s actually very hard to describe, you just need to watch her to understand where I’m coming from.

TLDR: Awesome Comedian!

4. Raya – Raya Was Here

I first found Raya’s YouTube channel through another travel vlogger, FunforLouis, and once I found her channel I was instantly blown away! I’m so envious of those who can just pack their bags and take off for however long they like/need. Louis and Raya are also #couplegoals as they jet-set together around the world. She’s absolutely brilliant, and very inspiring.

TLDR: Awesome Travel Vlogger!

5. Kara Benz – Boho Berry

In May 2016, I discovered the Bullet Journal system, created by product designer Ryder Carroll, and ever since I have loved it. Shortly after finding the bullet journal system, and subsequently starting my own bullet journal, I stumbled across Kara from Boho Berry and her YouTube channel. I love her videos, especially her Plan With Me videos. I think it’s just seeing how organised she makes everything look in her journal, especially with everything she does, because not only does she film videos for YouTube, she has her own Etsy store where she creates her own planning stickers, layouts and designs, and I think that she is very inspiring, and find her videos very motivational, especially if I’m having a creative slump.

TLDR: Awesome Planner!

And there you have it! My Top 5 Female YouTubers! Of course there are many more, but these are the 5 that I would be most likely to stop everything and watch their newest video when I see it has been released! Who are your favourite female YouTubers? 🙂
